Springhill was listed in a post on the Highfield Facebook page referencing the Great British National Protest which contained false information about the School of Sanctuary status. ![]()

The allegations are absolute nonsense and I hope that our school community would realise that the safety of our children is paramount and we would not be involved in such inappropriate activities. It is complete scaremongering and causes undue panic and unnecessary mistrust within the community.![]()

We as a School of Sanctuary see this status as something to be celebrated as it means that ALL children in our care are seen, supported and nurtured.![]()

On Friday we had a special assembly for Mrs. Davidson 😊 After an incredible 35 years of dedication, inspiration, and heart, we are saying a fond farewell to Mrs. Davidson who is retiring from Springhill Primary School at the end of this term 🥹![]()

Throughout her time with us, Mrs. Davidson has had a significant impact on many children, families, and colleagues 😍 Her passion for teaching, unwavering commitment and warm presence have helped shape the Springhill community into what it is today 🙌🏼 ![]()

We will miss her wisdom, laughter, and endless kindness, but we are so excited for Mrs. Davidson to enjoy a well-deserved retirement filled with rest, joy, and new adventures ❤️💚
The P7 class had a brilliant day yesterday on their trip to the SSE Arena to do some bowling, have lunch, go to the arcade and play mini-golf as a celebration for the end of the year ⛳️🎳🍔
