We had brilliant day on Tuesday where we had lots of visitors in school 🩺![]()

P1 - P3 enjoyed a visit from Nurse Margaret 👩⚕️![]()

P4 - P5 welcomed Dr Mullan and were able to ask him lots of questions about his job 👨⚕️![]()

P6 had the paramedics team in to do some CPR and heart start training 🚑![]()

P7 enjoyed a visit from Dr. Wesley who also took them through CPR and heart start training too ❤️

Inbetween the awful rain showers today, each class got out to the playground to run, jog or walk a mile 👏![]()

In the afternoon, the PSNI came to speak to us about road safety when travelling on foot, by bike, scooter or in the car - it is so important for us to be seen, to be wearing a helmet and wearing our seatbelt!🚶🏽🚴♂️🚙

The first part of our Health & Wellbeing-Being Week was with Springfield Primary School 🙌🏼![]()

We organised some football matches today at Blackmountain Shared Space ⚽️![]()

There was a lot talent and skill on display from both schools and matches were played in a great spirit 👌🏼 ![]()

The P7 class had a brilliant day canoeing on the Lagan with Belfast Activity Centre today 🛶 They displayed great teamwork and listening skills when out on the river - well done everyone 🙌🏼
This week has been a busy week for P3. The children enjoyed learning about the organs of the body and their function. The class also enjoyed listening to the story of Funny Bones and making their own skeleton pictures. 🦴🩻☠️![]()

The class also took part in a storyboard recount of the story and really impressed Mr Wilson with their lovely presentation. ✏️![]()

The children took part in 3D shape hunts in school and at home and found some interesting examples of their chosen shapes! 🔎![]()
