Last Friday, P2 walked to Tesco as part of our learning about money! 💰We all had £1 each to spend We had to buy something healthy and unhealthy for our snack! 🍌🍬
As we are a School of Sanctuary, we like to celebrate different countries that some of our pupils are originally from 🌎![]()

During this term we have all been learning about the Phillippines 🌴![]()

In a special assembly last week, each class told us about what they had been learning about 👌🏼 This included the language, food, where it is on the map, numbers and other interesting facts 😊
The Translink Safety Bus came to speak to the P7 class last Friday 🚌![]()

They were telling us about how to be safe whilst waiting for the bus and travelling on the bus, along with what type of behaviour is expected whilst travelling 👌🏼👍🏼
A busy week of sporting activities in Springhill this week 🙌🏼![]()

P5 had football club on Wednesday after school at Springfield Star 3G ⚽️ ![]()

P6 & P7 started their 4 week cricket programme on Monday with coaches from Woodvale Cricket Club 🏏![]()

P7 had their 2nd tennis session with Will and Paul from Equipping for Life 🎾
On Friday the football team attended the Ajay Maxwell Memorial Tournament at Blythefield Primary School ⚽️ ![]()

The boys won each of the group matches and unfrotunately lost to Strandtown Primary in the semi-finals after a close encounter 👌🏼 ![]()

It was a great finish to the day with a win in the 3rd place play-off 😊 ![]()
